Previamente permití que la propiedad intelectual fuera utilizada por Mandelay Magyarorszag Ltd. (Director general: Kornel Tókics, Dirección: 2310 Szigetszentmiklós, Gyartelep I200l/33 hrsz). Pero la distribución criminal ha violado los acuerdos anteriores.

(Director general: Kornel Tókics en la dirección: 2310 Szigetsaentmiklos, Oyartelp I2001/33 hrsz) , los cuales incumplieron los acuerdos contractuales porque desarrollaron un software propio extremadamente deficiente su software desarrollado para el EDUCTOR y para el SCIO no hizo BIOFEEDBACK y faltaban más de 1000 funciones, que es una de las características más importantes de esta máquina de lo que se deriva claramente que es un fraude.
